Due to the nature of digital services and the resources invested in each project, we have a limited refund policy. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the discretion of Mahadev Digital management.

We typically do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered, including but not limited to completed websites, delivered designs, or implemented marketing campaigns.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

Custom website development projects after the design has been approved
Digital marketing campaigns that have been launched
SEO services after the strategy has been implemented
Completed design work (logos, UI/UX designs, etc.)
Domain registrations and third-party service purchases
Any service that has already been delivered or implemented

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

Project cancellation before any work has commenced
Failure to deliver the agreed-upon services
Significant deviation from project requirements without client approval
Technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of:

Project completion for unsatisfied work
Service cancellation for ongoing services
Discovery of the issue that warrants a refund

Refund requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on:

The percentage of work completed versus work paid for
Expenses already incurred for the project
Value of delivered work that cannot be returned
Administrative costs associated with the project

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original method of payment. If the original payment method is not available for refund, we may offer alternative solutions such as credit toward future services.

Important Note

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in good faith with the goal of reaching a fair resolution for both parties.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Are there any services that are always non-refundable?

Yes, domain name registrations, third-party software purchases, and any services that have already been fully delivered and implemented are typically non-refundable. Also, custom work that has been specifically created for your project cannot be refunded once delivered.
